Checked in and checked out 4 hours later. The room was in a miserable condition, there was a pungent smell in the room. The fittings were all! Extremely loose. You couldn't even turn on the "bathtub" on the balcony because the switch turned completely. When we reported our problems to the manager at the reception, they didn't acknowledge anything and discussed it with me for a long time and in a very disrespectful manner. The bathroom is a dark hole and the water from the shower smelled.

Beautiful resort in an amazing quiet location. Right on the beach with some of the most beautiful views I've seen in Koh Samui. Service was top-notch. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would come back just to see the amazing women who run the front desk!
